For all reservations paid in full, the cancellation fee is as follows: 

• If you cancel 14 or more days from your arrival date it is a 10% fee, with the remaining balance refunded back to you. 

• If you cancel within 7-13 days prior to your arrival date the cancellation fee is 50% with the remaining balance refunded.

• If you cancel in 6 days or less there is no refund.

 

We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore must enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.
